85% Grenache (將近80歲超荖藤), 5% Mourvedre (超過60歲老藤), 10% Syrah (超過45歲老藤)。長久的栽種歷史與風土條件，造就此地依舊存留高比例的荖藤，更為此地濃郁飽滿厚實的酒體，增添複雜的層次感與礦物感。手工採收自100個不同劃區的葡萄園，其中包含有砂質、鵝卵石、黏土，與石灰岩四大土壤。控制發酵溫度，確保香氣得以被充分萃取。採收後混合品種在置入水泥槽進行共同混合發酵，並保留了彷彿鮮採水果般酸甜多汁的可口風格。優雅的紫羅蘭香氣，柔軟甜美的單寧，多汁的紅醋栗與黑莓等果實感，展現Xavier作為教皇新堡著名釀酒師的硬底子功夫。

Description

85% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 5% Mourvedre.  Grenache vines are over 80 years old and the Mourvedre vines are over 60 years old.  From various Terroirs, including galets roules, sand, clay and limestone. Co-fermented and aged in concrete tanks.  No oak aging.
