Should you find any crack or breakage of your wine upon delivery or quality issue, please let us know within 3 days upon delivery date. No exchange services will be served after 3 days.
In the following cases, the return and refund will not be accepted.
1. After the arrival of products, customer does not contact with Wine Discovery by email within 3 days.
2. Products have been opened.
