Description

An authentic rice shochu with a refined and rich taste.  The "Ten no Kokusho CRAFT" series is a gorgeous sake that goes well with Japanese and Western dishes.  We are particular about making Jiuqu, and you can enjoy the soft mouthfeel, aroma, and sweetness that take advantage of the characteristics of K-type Jiuqu.  Designed to match any dish, the quality of sake is perfect for delicate tastes like kaiseki dishes, fried foods like izakaya menus, soup stock dishes, and Western dishes with a solid taste.  It is a traditional liquor that makes full use of the handmade technique that has been handed down for over 100 years.
