Description

PETTENTHAL A Riesling from V D P. G ro ß e L a g e site Pe t t e n t h a l in Nierstein. This site is one of the core pieces of the Rhine terrace of famous Roter Hang. Some of the best Rieslings in the world grow here. The site is about 80% sloping and south-east oriented. Together with the reflection of the river Rhine, the exposure and the good heat storage capacity of the soil, here are the ideal conditions for complex, multi-layered and exceptional Riesling.
