Description

This is the first Imo shochu that Sato Shochu Brewery commercialized using white jiuqu.  Red gold tokiimo is used as the raw material.  When you put it in your mouth, the aroma of potatoes spreads, and you can enjoy an elegant and gentle taste without being too strong.  It is a shochu that tastes good and you can enjoy both the aroma and taste.
