Fior d'Arancio DOCG sparkling wine is made from Moscato Giallo grapes grown on the slopes of the Euganean Hills, an ideal environment for expressing their full fragrance and aroma. The grapes are gently pressed to produce a must, which, following fermentation in a temperature-controlled autoclave with selected yeasts, gives rise to this particularly pleasant and joyful sparkling wine.


Fior means Flower, also goes by the name "Orange Muscat".  More elegant in Italian form, means Orange Blossoms. Its Orange and Tangerine flavours perfectly match with biscotti, chocolate or sweet pastries.
